Turn On Reply Capture

What this does

When a prospect replies to one of your outreach emails, the reply comes straight to mark@beyondict.co.za, that person's follow-ups stop automatically, and the reply shows in your daily 16:00 report.

The address that catches replies, reply.beyondict.co.za, is already pointed at Brevo and already added to your Brevo account. Brevo now needs three DNS records to confirm you own it. Adding them is the only thing left for you to do; Andy handles the Brevo side.

Step 1: Add three records at Domains.co.za

Log in to Domains.co.za, open beyondict.co.za, then go to DNS management. Add each record below as a new record.

If the Name box wants the full name, add .beyondict.co.za to the end of each name: reply.beyondict.co.za, brevo1._domainkey.reply.beyondict.co.za, brevo2._domainkey.reply.beyondict.co.za. If the box already shows .beyondict.co.za after it, type only the short name from the table.

Don't change or delete anything that's already there, especially the two MX records for reply you added earlier and your Google mail records. These three are additions only.

Leave TTL on its default. If a CNAME value field adds a full stop at the end, that's fine.

Step 2: Let Andy know

Send Andy a WhatsApp once the three records are saved. Andy takes it from there: confirms the records in Brevo, switches reply capture on, and sends a test reply to check it lands in your inbox.

DNS usually updates within 15 minutes, though it can take a few hours. If a record hasn't come through, Andy will let you know which one to check.
